The Nap Time Show® Live is presented by Boone Productions ("we," "us"), based in Detroit, Michigan. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This site is written for childcare center directors, owners, and staff who book or learn about our live performances. Our shows are performed for children, but we do not collect personal information from children through this website.

Booking details you give us: the name of your center, the director or main contact's name, your email address, phone number, the show address, your preferred show dates and times, and any notes you share with us (for example, headcount or scheduling needs).

Payment details: show reservations are paid through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your booking's payment status and, if you use one, the promo code you entered.

Reviews: if you leave a review after a show, we collect the name, center, and comments you submit.

Email preferences: we keep track of which emails you open the links for, and whether you've unsubscribed, so we can honor your choices.

Basic site usage: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as page requests and error reports) needed to keep the site running and secure.

To schedule, confirm, and run your show — including arrival and setup details shared with our team.

To send you booking-related emails such as confirmations, reminders before your show, and a thank-you afterward.

To alert our own team when a new booking comes in, so we can prepare for your visit.

To follow up after a show with optional extras — like a link to leave a review or information about our Fruit Snack Streams program — which you can opt out of at any time.

To improve the site and respond to questions you send us.

Booking emails are sent from addresses on domains we control. Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link; you can also reply to any email to change your preferences.

If you give us a phone number, we may use it to contact you about your booking. We only text about things you've agreed to, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

We don't sell your information, ever.

We share only what's needed with a small set of service providers: our payment processor (Stripe), our email delivery provider, and our website hosting provider. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

We may also share information if required by law, or with our own team members and performers who need it to run your show.

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to run our programs, meet record-keeping needs, and serve returning centers. Review submissions and email preferences are kept until you ask us to remove them.

You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any email we send.

You can ask us to update or delete your center's information, or request a copy of what we have on file, by emailing info@thenaptimeshow.com.

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update this page and change the date below.
